Arantza Peralta (she/her)

Arantza works on anti-racism, protection, and social justice with a practical and participatory approach. She holds a degree in Communication, a Master’s in Humanitarian Action with a focus on decolonial perspectives and is a certified DEI Implementor.

She has collaborated with both local and international organizations on issues such as gender-based violence, migration, safeguarding, racism, DEI, and program design. As a facilitator, she enjoys bringing in creativity by using tools like participatory theatre, embodied learning, and storytelling to open up spaces for honest reflection, collective learning, and meaningful change.

Diana Nájar

Diana is a dedicated feminist psychologist deeply committed to advancing social justice and human rights. She holds a degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Gender-related violence from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.

Her passion lies at the intersection of social and clinical psychology, where she advocates for inclusivity and equity through a humanitarian lens. With a fervent belief in anti-racism and human rights, Diana's work is focused on creating a more equitable and just society for all.

She brings a unique perspective to her advocacy, blending her expertise in psychology with her dedication to social change. Outside of her professional pursuits, Diana finds solace and empowerment in the practice of Yoga, using it to promote peace and well-being.

The Anti-Racism Project is currently sponsored by the WoW Learning Center—an intersectional Learning & Development (L&D) unit committed to fostering new ways of working. The WoW Center provides access to leadership and management development opportunities, equipping staff at all levels of MSF to lead with purpose while centering the needs and voices of the communities we serve.

Content Team*

Composed of Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and Referents (internal and / or external). SME’s are appointed by each co-sponsoring entity; The Content Team is responsible for guiding the development of a workplan and developing content for the different components of the project. SME’s are also responsible for engaging with constituents within their entities on the testing and development of the project.

Steering Committee*

A Steering Committee will include members appointed by each co-sponsoring entity. Members are responsible for overall guidance of the project. They also provide input based on needs and requirements from their constituents, feedback on the concept and approach, and ensure effective internal communications within their entities and collectively toward the movement.
