Anti-Racism at MSF

Addressing structural racism is critical for MSF —but gaps remain in shared understanding, alignment, and in moving from intention to sustained anti-racist action. This project tackles this by:

  • Developing shared language and understanding using an intersectional lens
  • Building practical tools and participative methodologies
  • Creating spaces for learning & reflecting.

"This (Anti-Racism) course has opened my eyes to the true meaning of racism. With this better understanding, I am able to recognize my individual prejudices as well as speak out in case I witness this practice in my colleagues" - Participant
